Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By requesting a free clinic growth audit or entering a paid service agreement with MillionLeap LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access our platform.
2. Services Rendered
MillionLeap provides automated voice receptionist answering, Google Business Profile review velocity automation, patient reactivation systems, and local lux B2B outreaches. All call usage rates are billed at direct wholesale carrier cost with zero markups.
3. Fees & Onboarding
Paid accounts are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Onboarding fees are due immediately upon signing the service agreement. Minimum commitment terms (monthly/3-month) are enforced per selected plan tiers.
4. Limitation of Liability
MillionLeap is not responsible for direct ad budgets spent on third-party marketing networks (e.g. Google, Meta). Ad spend is always charged directly to the client's credit card.
